Boston Police report a man hanging out with what he thought were his friends at 1 Aspinwall St. in Codman Square late Thursday suddenly found himself beaten and robbed by them.
The victim reported to officers, he was hanging out at the male suspect’s home with 4 additional male suspects, when he was asked to run to the store. The victim stated as he attempted to leave the house, all the suspects in the house came downstairs. The victim further stated, at which time and without provocation or warming, he was dragged to the back of the house, by all the males, and punched, kicked and choked. The victim stated he was then robbed of his ‘Lebron James’ sneakers, I-phone 6 plus, $500.00 US currency and a Nike wallet containing personal papers.
Police say they found all his attackers hiding in the building - along with the victim's possessions. The victim, meanwhile, was on the street being treated by EMTS for "severe injuries to his hand, ear and shoulder."
Charged with unarmed robbery and assault and battery: Randolph Birden, 29, of Mattapan, Darold Lloyd, 40, of Dorchester, Daquan Spriggs, 23, of Roxbury, Dana L. Flemom-Lewis, 22, of Mattapan, Shakeele Scott, 21, of Boston and a 17 year- old male juvenile from Dorchester.
