Codman Square fire displaces 16

The Boston Fire Department reports firefighters responded at 6:40 a.m. for what turned into a 3-alarm fire at 320 Talbot Ave.

The department reports the fire did an estimated $750,000 in damage to the three-story building, which has Alex Market on the first floor and apartments above.

There were no injuries, the department reports, adding the cause is under investigation.
